Wednesday, September 3: sophomores, juniors. seniors and freshman (if they were absent)
Thursday, September 4: Havasu Online (HOL)

Attn: If students do not take their photo now or on makeup day, THEY WILL NOT BE FEATURED IN THE YEARBOOK.
Students with an English class
You will receive your name label in your English class prior to taking your photo.
Students will take their pictures during their English class in the PAC, students will receive their Id card at the time their picture is taken. If a student does not receive a card, they will go to the yearbook desk.
Students that DO NOT have an English class
Senior, Juniors, sophomores and freshmen will come down and get their picture card from the yearbook desk, located in the PAC.

A – J SECOND PERIOD K – Z THIRD PERIOD
HOL Students
Pictures will be taken on Thursday, Sept. 4 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm in the PAC. Times to arrive are as follows:

A-D = Arrival time 1:00pm E-K = Arrival time 1:30pm
L-R = Arrival time 2:00pm S-Z = Arrival time 2:30pm
If a student is absent
They can take their picture on makeup day 10/15
NOTES:
Seniors: Bring nice clothes for your picture
Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen: You must wear standardized shirt to school, but you can bring a school/yearbook appropriate shirt to change into.
HOL Students: You must wear appropriate school clothing, refer to District Student handbook.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF LAKE HAVASU UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1
Agenda and information in the packet could change up to 24 hours prior to the board meeting.
A copy of the agenda background material provided to LHUSD Board members (with exception of material relating to possible executive sessions) is available for public inspection twenty-four hours before the meeting at our BoardDocs site: ( https://go.boarddocs.com/az/lhusd/Board.nsf/Public )and at the Superintendent's Office, 2200 Havasupai Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38.431.02 notice is hereby given to the members of the Governing Board of Lake Havasu Unified School District No. 1 and to the general public that the Governing Board of Lake Havasu Unified School District No. 1 will hold their regularly scheduled Governing Board meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Boardroom of the District Office in Building C, located at 2200 Havasupai Blvd., Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Members of the Lake Havasu Unified School District Governing Board will attend either in person or by technological devices such as speakerphone, internet, or another device.
When necessary, the Board may vote to go into Executive Session intermittently throughout the meeting, which will not be open to the public, for discussion and consultation for legal advice regarding any of the agenda items (A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3)). The Board may also vote to go into Executive Session if so noted, which will not be open to the public, to discuss personnel matters (A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1)), records exempt by law from public inspection (A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2)), or for legal advice and consultation regarding pending or contemplated litigation (A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(4)). The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the Agenda and to call matters in random order.
Meetings of the Governing Board may be audio or video recorded, which may result in the audio or video recording of a minor child. Pursuant to A.R.S. 1-602(A)(9), subject to certain express statutory exceptions, parents have a right to consent before the State or any of its political subdivisions makes a video or audio recording of a minor child. In order to exercise their rights, parents may either file written consent with the district, consenting to such recording, or take affirmative steps to ensure that their child is not present when a recording may be made. Should the child be present at the time a recording is made, this right will be considered to have been waived.
